The PLANT FESTIVAL on the theme of ‘harvest’ brought together apple tree plantings and offered recipe exchanges, events on the art of gathering, and the city's longest apple pie parade. The planting action week as part of the GELEBTE NACHBARSCHAFT (LIVING NEIGHBOURHOOD) project concluded with the International Pomologists' Meeting in cooperation with the Chemnitz Museum of Natural History.
