IMAGINE!

2. International Festival for Narrative Art

(c) PR

ERZÄHLRAUM e.V. is bringing the age-old tradition of oral storytelling to Chemnitz.

Under the motto ‘Landkarten des Unsichtbaren / Mapping The Invisible’ (‘Maps of the Invisible / Mapping The Invisible’), the festival sets off on a journey into the unknown, discovering new hidden stories and opening up new perspectives on our world.

IMAGINE! in Chemnitz is not only a festival, but an invitation to reflect on the present and actively shape our future by sharing stories.  The programme is not just made up of tellings or screenings; workshops, performances, participatory performances and open rounds of storytelling are also part of the festival.
