"Nonna, perchè hai tanti peli sulla mano?" asked the fairy tale.
"Because I wore a lot of rings when I was young," replied the grandmother.
What did the girl ask? What does the grandmother's answer refer to? The common thread of a story that is continuously told in two or more languages , changes into something else for a moment, only to reappear a few lines later. When reading, it is more difficult to make sense of this passage. But when listening to a vividly told story, that's another story!

The listeners draw on helpful clues to follow the red thread. In this workshop, they will playfully engage with a story, look for suitable places to change the language and tell the story in "two colours".

Target group: Educators, teachers, librarians and others

Workshop leader: Maria Carmela Marinelli
