Who knows what happened to "Tam and Cam", the Vietnamese sisters? And has anyone heard of the sticky rice cake at the Tet festival? No? The Vietnamese-Buddhist fairy tale evening sheds light on this. The storytelling duo Tam Richter and Uta Davids bring stories from this mysterious culture and tell them in the context of tradition and the present. Some of the stories are told bilingually in Vietnamese and German. Some things can be understood without words and some remain unsaid. In addition to a culinary surprise, traditional music - on the rare, one-stringed plucked instrument Dan Bau (gourd zither) - and Asian movement art can be experienced.
