UNFUC comes from Unfug. In Chemnitz, however, everything important is spelt with a C. The Capital of Culture has been running for a few months now. Time to take stock. For three days of three hours each, Chemnitz artists (primarily FLINTA) and citizens come together and take a self-critical look at the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025, art in general and its effect on life and, of course, themselves. A little criticism of the unfair gender relations in art is also included!

UNFUC is only a blink of an eye long. It's enough to make you admit that you shouldn't take yourself too seriously.
There are fresh and stale satirical texts about the best Saxon European Capital of Culture there has ever been.
There is a megaphone.
There will be tears. There will be many tears. Mainly because of feelings of happiness.
There is very nice live music and the feeling of not missing anything when you are at UNFUC.
There will be stars. And autograph cards.
There is gender equality!
There's a gripe corner where everyone can talk down their frustrations. But it has to be themed (Capital of Culture).
There's music and again the feeling of not missing out on anything when you're at UNFUC, when you're in the Capital of Culture, when you're in Chemnitz.
There are drinks.
There is crazy art, also to take away.
There is a good time.

Respectful coexistence is the basis for attending this event. Any form of discrimination (racism, sexism, queerophobia, etc.), violence, personal transgressions and insults will not be tolerated. Disregarding this rule will inevitably lead to exclusion from the event and a ban from the premises.

Microprojects

The micro-projects are intended to provide stimuli for new cultural formats or encounters in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture Region. The broad urban and regional society is called upon to create forms of communication and social interaction. The funding programme has been in place for several years and is part of the main programme of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025.
