Neighbourhoods present themselves in very different ways in everyday and artistic practices as well as from a sociological and historical perspective. Between assembly and community, the format of the nomadic lecture series and internet platform www.art-of-assembly.net evaluates perspectives on neighbourhood from the fields of art, activism and theory, even at one of the most beautiful assembly venues in the city of Chemnitz.
