The symposium will take place in the middle of the joint exhibition "Stadt am Fluss - Stadt im Fluss" (from 17 July - 31 August) organised by artists from Chemnitz and Düsseldorf. The invited speakers will report from Chemnitz and the twin city of Düsseldorf and discuss current developments in European cities.
