SOUL EXPRRESSION: International Breakdance and Hip Hop Battle

The response to the revival last year was so overwhelming that they had to cancel admission. They swiftly decided to bring back the international dance battle in 2025, this time at a new venue, Die Fabrik. In the competition, the dancers compete against each other in direct duels to demonstrate their acrobatic and rhythmic techniques, strength and emotion in the breaking and hip hop categories. The event is supported by sponsors from the worlds of culture, business, and the private sector, with particular emphasis on the TMT Festival and the European Capital of Culture, Chemnitz 2025. As in the previous year, the performers come to Chemnitz from all over Europe to show off their skills.
