A 3-part workshop series: Social Tango and Connection

A common challenge is understanding leadership and the fear of being "heavy". But what does it actually mean to be "heavy"? It's not about strength, it's about how to respond fluidly and sensitively to your partner's body without resisting. In these workshops, we work on how to move easily and stay present at the same time. It is often difficult for many people to know which part of the body needs to be activated in order to guide the movements clearly and naturally. The series will explore how to improve communication through the body to achieve a more fluid and spontaneous dance without stiffness.

Participation in all three workshops is recommended to experience a more structured learning path that allows for deeper understanding and progress.
