Record Picnics

The second record picnic of the European Capital of Culture takes place on Sunday at the Begehungen. All generations are invited to bring their own favourite long-playing records from the old days, which will encourage people to dance and join in.

This year, the tours will take place on the site of the former lignite-fired power station. You are welcome to bring your own picnic basket filled with old long-playing records, food and drink. You can also use the snacks from the tours. An experienced DJ will play your favourite music and you can dance, join in or have a chat.
