What emotion do we associate with chocolate, the culinary delight from Latin America? Passion, relaxation, joy, recreation. We like to give it as a gift to friends and family in small boxes. Both components come together in the workshop: chocolate production from Ghana and wood sculpting in the form of packaging art.

This event is flanked by local, migrant communities from Africa and Latin America. Come along and enjoy the aromas of wood, chocolate and Latin American food, topped off with the sounds of African drumming and singing.

The OPEN COMMUNITY KITCHENS are various participatory formats at different locations, organised by two migrant associations/organisations. With a view to Eastern Europe and beyond, unseen places are opened up to culinary and artistic-active places and invite all makers to participate.
