Since 2013, he has held the position of cantor at St Peter's Church in Freiberg with its Silbermann organ from 1735. In 2014, he was elected Vice President of the Gottfried Silbermann Society. In this role, he is the initiator and director of the Freiberg Youth Organ Camp, which has been held annually since 2021.

In addition to his musical activities in the classical field, he is passionate about accompanying silent films. He can regularly be heard playing the historic Welte cinema organ from 1931 at the Grassi Museum in Leipzig.
