It combines dynamic and pantomime fitness exercises and expands them creatively through singing, dancing, laughing and playing. Breathing and mindfulness exercises complete the mix and turn laughter yoga into a comprehensive wellness programme for body, mind and soul. Laughter yoga is suitable for everyone and can be adapted to individual needs.

Laughter is introduced via the motor level and is accompanied by eye contact and playful elements to stimulate the transition to natural laughter.

Laughter trainer Ariane Lenk will lead the workshop.
