The "SLAM25: International German-language Poetry Slam Championships 2025" festival will take place over five days and 16 events, attracting around 300 creative guests to Chemnitz. Poets from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Italy (South Tyrol) will present their best texts on Chemnitz stages. This makes SLAM25 the largest festival for stage literature in Europe.

The team slam is a rare and therefore all the more exciting type of poetry slam. Two (or more) slam poets perform self-written texts together and use all means of performance to leave the stage as glorious winners. Join us in welcoming teams from all over the world and share in the excitement as they get the most out of the format together.
