Short film programme for senior citizens featuring four light-hearted short films from various European countries, plus the short documentary ‘Im Schatten des Apfelbaums’ (In the Shadow of the Apple Tree) (selected by senior citizens in Dresden), DE + EU, approx. 90 mins in total.

You are cordially invited to the special film series "Focus 2025: Generations" at the Metropol cinema in Chemnitz! Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to discuss the film over a small snack.

The film series is an initiative of the "Team Generation" of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 gGmbH and the Metropol Chemnitz cinema. The aim is to strengthen intergenerational connections in the community through the special cinema experience for older people. We look forward to seeing you and sharing many wonderful film moments together.
