DESCRIPTION:The horn players from the inclusive ‘100Mozartkinder’ proj
 ect\, run by the Saxon Mozart Society (Sächsische Mozart-Gesellschaft e. 
 V.)\, invite you to a musical Advent evening centred around the horn.\nFro
 m 6 pm\, anyone interested can learn about various horn instruments and ha
 ve a go at playing them themselves. Whether it’s a French horn\, alphorn
 \, hunting horn\, conch shell\, animal horn or even a garden hose used as 
 a wind instrument: the musicians will demonstrate how the different sounds
  are produced and invite everyone to make music together. There will also 
 be mulled wine\, children’s punch and biscuits in a convivial atmosphere
 .\nFrom 7 pm to 8 pm\, there will be a festive concert featuring horn play
 ers from Prof. Thomas Hauschild’s class at the ‘Felix Mendelssohn Bart
 holdy’ University of Music in Leipzig. The programme features Advent and
  Christmas wind ensemble pieces to get everyone in the mood for the upcomi
 ng festive season.
