Each programme focuses on a topic related to the Capital of Culture year.

Episode 1 is all about beginnings - the initial idea, the ideal space ... and the financial plan.

Included are contributions on Dancing Neighbours, Create U, Bordsteinlobby and denkArt.

From now on every second Friday of the month on Radio T.

How can cultural participation and civic involvement strengthen social solidarity? The Capital of Culture programme aims to activate people as creative and self-effective individuals who contribute their skills and knowledge to shaping their social environment. They become European makers of democracy as soon as they realise some of this potential together with others.
