A day centred around the theme of "Chemnitz 2025" - and Thalheim is involved right from the start with the first artwork on the Purple Path.

As part of Chemnitz 2025, the town of Thalheim/Erzgeb. invites you to a varied programme on 21.10.2025: From 14:30, apple trees will be planted on Pionierweg - accompanied by a colourful supporting programme for young and old. In the evening, a special reading will take place in the council chamber from 6.00 pm: Stefan Tschök will present his book "Was? Chemnitz?!" and take the audience on a literary journey of discovery. This will be followed by a panel discussion.
