In cooperation with the vhs Chemnitz and Dr Ina Hoyer, regional apple specialities from Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region will be cooked. Also the trademark dish of the Capital of Culture main project Living Neighbourhood is going to be created.

This time, apple specialities will be conjured up in the farm's “Zur bunten Kuh” green outdoor kitchen

GELEBTE NACHBARSCHAFT is a main project of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025, focussing on sustainability and a green city. Joint planting campaigns bring neighbourhoods in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture region closer together.
