3. Purposes of the processing of personal data and legal basis

We use photographs for documentation purposes and publish them for public relations work and to announce upcoming events on our website, in social media and in print media and products.

The processing takes place on the basis of

- of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, to protect our legitimate interests.

Our legitimate interests:

- Photographs in which individuals are not identifiable or are "lost" in a group.

- Recordings of large crowds in which individuals are not recognisable.

Recordings of individuals or minors will only be published with the express consent or the express consent of their legal guardians. The processing then takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

6. Storage period of your personal data

Photographs for which consent was required will be deleted internally and removed from the Internet immediately upon withdrawal of consent. The photographs will no longer be used in new print media and products.

We would like to point out that information on the Internet is accessible worldwide and can be found using search engines and linked to other information, from which it may be possible to create personality profiles about individuals

Can be created about individuals. Information posted on the Internet, including photos, can easily be copied and redistributed. There are specialised archiving services whose aim is to permanently document the status of certain websites on certain dates. This may mean that information published on the Internet can still be found elsewhere even after it has been deleted from the original site. Furthermore, we would like to point out that, according to the information currently known, photos and data in certain social media may no longer be deleted at all, but may only no longer be shown publicly. There is currently insufficient information about the internal use of photos and data by certain social media - for example to create personality profiles.

Otherwise, photos are stored until the purpose no longer applies.

 

7. Your rights

In accordance with Art. 15 ff. GDPR, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing against the processing of your personal data as well as the right to data portability.

Insofar as we base the processing of the photographs on legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR), you may object to the processing for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).

If recordings are only published with your express consent or your express consent as a legal guardian (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR), you can revoke your consent at any time. With regard to deletion, please refer to Section 6.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
