Heads up movement lovers, fitness enthusiasts, and the sport-curious! For this year’s European Week of Sport, VTB Chemnitz and the Gymnastics Association of Saxony (STV) want to take you on a ride through gymnastics in all its diversity and allure. A large afternoon program with a rousing mix of aerobics, AROHA®, and yoga – for all ages, by the way – is an entertaining way to work up a sweat. That evening a gymnastics action show carries you off to a universe of athletic prowess, artistic elegance, and choreographic creativity. Be there, get active, and dive into a world in motion.
